Light, Easy & Nutritious
Too lazy to cook for myself yet do not fancy the idea of going out to eat. I have fruits for lunch, tea time and dinner. (Taken breakfast at the spiritual class centre, this morning). I am aware that I should minimise my intake of carb and protein as I am getting fatter each day. 31 inches waistline. Adoooi! How I wish the fat goes to somewhere else more appopriate instead of lying on the waist area. Got to be more serious to do something about this. Not to forget to monitor the amount of water I drink. Currently I am drinking too little water. Not yet reached 2 liters. Ideally 5 -6 litters of water per day.
