Vegetarian Nasi Ulam
Feel like to eat vegetarian nasi ulam today, therefore I prepare this dish. Too lazy to fry vegetarian salted fish I use papadam as an alternative.
Recipes are :
Mint leaves,
Shallot
lemon grass
Basil leaves
Yellow ginger
Yellow ginfer leaves
Kaffir leaves
Daun kaduk
Bunga kantan.
White rice
Salt and sugar to taste
Slice all the leaves and shallots thinly and mince yellow ginger, lemon grass and bunga kantan
Fried papadam. Scoop out white rice into the plate. Add in each of the herbs into the rice. Crash about 2 - 3 pcs of papadom into the rice per plate. Mix well. Add in salt and sugar if necessary. I love this dish cook by myself. Those selling in the market are not nice due to not enough herbs given.
