By request from colleagues who miss my butter cake. I bake one for them today. The reasons they like my cake is that I use pure butter and not the imitation butter Farmcow or Buttercup. There is a big difference in the flavour here. There are already lots of blogs regarding butter cake recipes therefore I will not be writing it.
i seriously need to start learning how to bake. i always envy on people who can bake ... it's a skill that is still missing in myself :(

ReplyDeleteLearned it when I was Form 2 in Home Science subject ages ago, hehe. That's why I do not like the instant premix ingredients sold in supermarket. Baking is much easier than you think.
