Vegetarian Porridge






Today I choose vegetarian porridge for its simplicity and nutrients. There are several variants of vegetarian porridge depending on one's choice of ingredients.
Recipes : A handful of the followings:
ginger
lemon grass,
tang ho
tao miow
dry mushroom
abalone mushroom,
golden needle mushroom
carrot
black fungus
yellow capsicum
mint leaves
green chilies
red bean
rice
Cut and slice the vegetables as shown in the picture above. First you cook red bean and rice. Followed by the mushrooms, capsicum, carrot. Only when it is almost cook, only you put in the tang ho and tao miow (russel sprout). Serve with green chillies in light soya sauce.

While waiting for the porridge to cook I wipe my living hall. It took me to change 5 pails of water to really clean the living hall alone as I do not wash it frequently. Very dirty. Rest for a short while. Then just in time for the porridge to be ready for lunch. Half day is over as the clock strike one now.
