Pandan Chiffon Cake


It has been a long time since I bake therefore I baked.
It is so interesting to see my chiffon cake rising in the oven. I ate 2 pieces out of the whole cake. The balance I gave away to my colleagues. I need to watch my diet as I am getting fatter now. I have to reduce my weight. Surprisingly they like it and tell me it is so fragrance. Of course it should be because I use real pandan juice instead of green colouring. However I personally prefer it to be more fluffy and softer.
I will not be writing the recipes because there are already many websites regarding recipes for chiffon cake.
My recipes are taken from Betty Yew - Asian High Tea Favorite recipe book.
